DMCA Policy

Le Mans Fc Planning is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for filing a counter-notification if your content has been removed in error.

Le Mans Fc Planning will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via Le Mans Fc Planning, please notify our designated Copyright Agent as set forth in this policy.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Le Mans Fc Planning infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide a description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Le Mans Fc Planning website (e.g., URL link).
  3. Sufficient information to permit Le Mans Fc Planning to contact you: This includes your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Le Mans Fc Planning will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the content.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must be in writing and include the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the URL(s) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Le Mans Fc Planning may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Le Mans Fc Planning may reinstate the removed content in 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
